Let it be known across the range: cowboy attire is strictly enforced all weekend long. Hats, boots, denim, flannel, fringe, turquoise — if it'd look right on the Chisholm Trail, you're in good standing. If it wouldn't, you ain't.

Candelilla Café — Full breakfast & dinner daily (7am–9pm Sun–Thur, until 10pm Fri–Sat). Dinner reservations required after 5pm for groups over 10.
Boardwalk Bakery & Pizzeria — Opens 6:30am. Grab burritos, muffins, donuts & pizza (from 1pm).
Thirsty Goat Saloon — Last call on food orders at 9pm daily.
Lajitas General Store — Box lunches, salads, snacks, beer & wine (8am–7pm). Deli closes at 6:30pm.
